About this role
Having our mother company listed on the Nasdaq Global Market in February 2020, we are now expanding our local and overseas business. You will become an important part of the core team that drives our professional services, with extensive collaboration with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
Provide administration and clerical support such as policy endorsements, policy renewal, prepare confirmation letter for policy changes and new business in an effective and accurate manner
Responsible for document sorting and filling, quality checking, policy binding, arrange files for settling bill payment
Handle enquiries from internal customers
Perform ad-hoc job tasks as assigned
