Job Description - Surveillance Officer / Security Officer • Prepare incident report and assist the investigation if needed. • Handle all theft, Lost & Found cases, and other incidents properly in coordination with FC Ops team. • Supervises Security Staff, assigns/monitors work assignments and provides training of Security Procedures, Fire & life safety, first aid. • Ensure implementation of security management plan on ground. • Interviews and approves hiring of contractual security staff personnel at FC level. • Ensure Police verification and obtain copies of personal documentation of each security personnel of the vendor, and periodically audit contractor for ongoing compliance. • Conduct regular training of security staff and maintain record of the same. • Conduct daily inspection tours focusing on security & fire safety system and all areas of ingress/egress. • Handle emergency situations efficiently (i.e. fire, evacuations, human crisis, medical emergencies, local liaisons etc.) • Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease complaints & security issues, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality & seamless security service. • Assist Head of Security in conducting Mock Drills, Security audits & risk assessment. • Prepare all daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to security operations and ensure timely submission of critical information. • Monitoring alarms and surveillance systems. • Patrolling areas and performing security checks.

Salary: ₹350,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
