Finance:

*Handle full set accounts for Singapore & Malaysia offices
*General book-keeping
*Prepare payments to suppliers by giro/TT (local & oversea)
*Journal Entries
*General Ledger and fixed assets register
*Staff expenses reimbursement
*Track & manage payables (AP) and receivables (AR)
*Prepare & track outstanding invoices /SOA
*Quarterly GST (Spore) and Bi monthly SST (Msia) submission
*Monthly CPF submission (For Singapore company ONLY)
*Bank statement reconciliation
*Generate monthly Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Report
*Prepare financial document and audit schedule for financial year-end closing & audit

Requirements:
*Possess a Book-Keeping / Finance related qualification and related work experience.
*Preferably with knowledge of using Auto Count software or other accounting software
*Proficient in MS Excel and Word
*Hardworking, a team player, responsible, trustworthy and reliable, proactive and takes initiative.
*Able to speak & write in English & basic Mandarin, able to converse in Malay an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $3,300.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)
